committee member/artist

My name is Allen Childers. I am a freelance fantasy artist and visual storyteller. I enjoy drawing characters, creatures and designing wondrous new worlds. I also do caricatures and portraits as well. I’m a self-proclaimed geek dad who enjoys comics, fantasy, Sci-Fi, and games in all mediums and genres. I am an Art Director & Project Manager at Spellhawks Press.

I have attended the Pittsburg ArtWalk as a vendor a few times! I loved the atmosphere and getting to meet the people! It is a fun venue that grows every event and provides lots of entertainment for our local citizens and helps artist sell or promote their artwork.

I joined the Pittsburg ArtWalk committee to help our creative community in Pittsburg grow. I’ve seen Pittsburg flourish with organizations and events like the Pittsburg ArtWalk and wanted to be involved in fostering this creative inspiration within the community.
